• All book prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated

• Payment is required in full at the time of ordering

• We accept major payment methods as shown at checkout

• Prices are subject to change without notice — however, the price shown at checkout is the price you will be charged

• Order confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive this, please check your spam folder or contact us at the.hooflife@hotmail.com

📦 2. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to the United Kingdom and select international destinations

• Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed

• Once dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the postal carrier. We cannot be held liable for delays or loss caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control

• International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes — these are the responsibility of the customer

❌ 3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

As stated in our No Refunds Policy — all sales are final. Books (including braille editions) are produced to order and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled once production has begun.

• We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, minor variations may occur — especially with our hand-finished braille editions

• Braille books are produced with care and attention — each one is unique

• Stock availability is subject to change. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund if applicable
