Because all books are produced to order — including our special braille-edition copies with hand-applied braille elements — all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

📖 What this means:

• ✅ Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase — double-check book titles, quantities, and whether you’re ordering a braille or standard edition

• ✅ If you have any questions before ordering, please email us at the.hooflife@hotmail.com — we’re happy to help!

• ✅ Once your order is placed, it goes straight into production/preparation, we’re unable to cancel or issue a refund

 

❗ Important notes:

• Change of mind - refunds or exchanges cannot be offered for change of mind, incorrect size, or if you simply decide the book isn’t for you

• Delivery delays - once dispatched, delivery times are beyond our control. We cannot offer refunds for delays caused by postal carriers or customs

• Braille editions - these are specially produced, hand-finished items with braille stickers and are non-returnable and non-refundable
